Services Tailored to Meet Your Specific Needs: Rehabilitation Hospital
Conditions we treat
A major illness or injury can have a significant impact on a person's ability to care for themselves and live independently. Our acute rehabilitation program is focused on providing ongoing care and specialized rehabilitation to patients who have experienced a traumatic injury or illness by supporting them in their journey in the recovery process. We offer comprehensive acute rehabilitation services to meet the medical, functional, psychological, social and support needs of our patients and their families. Each patient is treated with a specialized, intense rehabilitation plan that is customized based on an individual’s existing abilities, tolerance for therapy and desired outcomes to prepare them for their return home.
Each patient's treatment team will be led by a physician who specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation and will be uniquely tailored to meet their specific needs. A treatment team will be comprised of a combination of the following specialists: physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech and language pathologists, clinical dietitians, neuropsychologists and rehabilitation nurses.
