Comprehensive Heart and Vascular Care
- Whether you are a new patient or you need to see your regular physician or provider for a medical issue, you can do so from the comfort of your home.
- When you call for any non-urgent appointment, ask if the clinic offers Zoom and if your appointment is appropriate for a virtual visit. You can download Zoom here. Clinic staff will explain how to access Zoom from either your mobile device or desktop computer, and will give you the Zoom ID to use. You do not have to create a Zoom account to use this service.
- All aspects and quality of the visit are similar to an in-person visit, including cost and copays, if required. Most payers cover virtual visits.
- Rest assured we never record virtual visits, and they are encrypted to ensure patient privacy.
- To learn more about the process, watch our Virtual Visits video.

Heart and vascular services
Take the first step toward a healthy heart. Learn more about our comprehensive program:
Our expert surgical team performs all types of cardiac surgery, including minimally invasive heart surgery, mitral valve repair, and transcatheter aortic valve implantation/transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVI/TAVR). Our hybrid surgical suite allows us to advance collaboration between cardiology, cardiac, thoracic and vascular surgery teams.
Heart rhythm management — or electrophysiology — is the regulation of an abnormal heartbeat, or arrhythmia. Electrophysiologists are cardiology specialists who use sophisticated techniques to diagnose and treat heart arrhythmias, including AFib and the LAAC device.
As the first Accredited System for Heart Failure in the Northwest, our holistic, evidence-based culture enables you and your family members to make the most informed decisions about your health. With an outpatient program that stretches across the entire CHI Franciscan network, you’ll find all the resources you need to successfully take charge of your heart health.
For your convenience, our vascular surgeons are located throughout the Puget Sound and on the Peninsula, with clinics and on-site vascular labs for immediate diagnostics and care. Our low-cost vascular screenings help find problems in the earliest, most treatable stages with no referrals needed.
After heart surgery, a heart attack or a diagnosis of heart failure, you may need rehabilitation to regain your strength — and learn more about reducing your risk for future incidents. We designed a rehab program especially to meet those needs so you can live a healthy, active lifestyle.
