John M Luber, MD, FACS
John Luber, MD, FACS, is a board-certified cardiac surgeon in practice since 1973. He has been a part of Franciscan since 1998. His focus of care is in minimally invasive techniques for coronary artery bypass graft, heart valve repair and replacement, atrial fibrillation, and other small incision procedures.
Dr. Luber has been published in more than 50 peer-reviewed papers including numerous book chapters and abstracts. He is a national consultant in the management of cholesterol and hypertensive disorders. He also has served as principal investigator in more than 30 clinical trials.
Dr. Luber is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, the American College of Cardiology and the American College of Chest Physicians. He is also a member of the Society of Thoracic Surgeons, North Pacific Surgical Associates and other organizations.
