Heart Healthy Eating Class
This four‐week series is taught by a registered dietitian and focuses on living a healthier lifestyle by changing habits and following a nutritious, low‐fat eating plan. Classes cover meal planning, shopping, reading labels, dining out, goal setting, staying on track and much more. Wednesdays, 9:30–10:30 a.m. FREE (Class does not meet the fifth Wednesday of the month.)
