About the Director: St. Joseph Medical Center PGY-1 in an Ambulatory Setting Residency
Zarah Mayewski is the PGY-1 Residency Program Director for St. Joseph Medical Center PGY-1 in an Ambulatory care setting and is also the Ambulatory Clinical Supervisor at St. Joseph Medical Center. She oversees the Ambulatory Clinical programs including primary care, specialty care and anticoagulation clinics. Zarah was previously a NICU and inpatient pharmacist at St. Joseph Medical Center. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Pittsburgh and completed a Pharmacy Practice residency at St. Joseph Medical Center, Tacoma, Washington in 2014. She is the co-founder and co-chair of the CHI Franciscan Pharmacy Pediatric and Neonatal Core Group. Prior to becoming one of our NICU pharmacists, she was an emergency department pharmacist at Seattle Children’s Hospital.
