Sharon Royne: About Us
Senior Vice President: Human Resources

Sharon Royne was named Senior Vice President for Human Resources on October 27, 2014. Ms. Royne has more than 20 years of human resources experience primarily in health care, and has been working with CHI Franciscan since 1996. Ms. Royne has served as Employee Relations Specialist at St. Joseph Medical Center, Human Resources Manager, Director of Employee and Labor Relations, and Associate Vice President of Human Resources in her time at CHI Franciscan.
She is a member of the American Society for Health Care Human Resources Administration, the Society for Human Resources Management, and the Washington State Health Care Human Resources Association.
Sharon Royne is a Fellow in the Health Care Advisory Board Fellowship Program and holds certification as a Professional in Human Resources. Ms. Royne received her bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix.
