Freedom From Tobacco Support Groups

CHI Franciscan Health offers Freedom From Tobacco. When it's your time to quit, we can help. We offer FREE weekly support groups at Franciscan hospitals throughout the South Sound. Please confirm the location and meeting time before you attend your first group.

If you are thinking of quitting tobacco, trying to quit, or wanting to help a friend, we are here to help. Join a support group today! And remember, if at first you don’t succeed, try again! Most tobacco users make 8–11 quit attempts before succeeding.

Just show up! If you stick with our program, you will quit tobacco! Open to anyone wanting to quit tobacco, newly quit, struggling with relapse, or helping a friend quit. Medical advice provided by Dr. Patrick Hogan; funded by CHI Franciscan Health Community Cancer Program.

CHI Franciscan Health also offers Tobacco Cessation Classes that can be conveniently scheduled at work. Tobacco cessation is a cost-effective way to save your company money, and make your workforce more productive.
