Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), a life-skills practice that has been in existence for 25 years, will help you to pay attention to what is happening inside of you and around you. It will help keep your stress at a healthier level and is ideal for people living with anxiety and depression, cancer, heart disease, chronic pain, high blood pressure, sleep disorders and other ongoing conditions.
