Rachel Sammis-Falk, PA-C, is a physician assistant who has been certified to offer care for adultvascular surgery patients under the supervision of a vascular surgeon.

Rachel strives to provide a level of care and compassion that she would want if she were a patient. She enjoys the evolving nature of medicine, and strives to stay abreast of new developments and technology to improve her patients’ lives.

As a Captain in the United States Army, Rachel served as physician assistant for a 450-man Airborne Brigade Special Troops Battalion at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and a 500-man field Artillery Brigade at Fort Lewis, Washington.

She is involved with her church and Habitat for Humanity, and enjoys running, biking and swimming.
