Christina Martinez, ARNP, CNM

Christina Martinez, ARNP, CNM, is a certified nurse midwife and advanced registered nurse practitioner who provides dedicated, compassionate care for women that expands the continuum of a woman’s wellness cycle ranging from adolescence though childbearing years and into menopause.

Christina delivers care that is both personalized and holistic, taking into account a woman's physical, emotional and spiritual health, as well as her preferences for pregnancy and birth. She is experienced in assisting women through birth in a variety of healthcare settings and her work in a birth center inspired her interest in natural childbirth. Christina provides a structure of evidence-based guidance that respects birth as a natural process while ensuring safety for moms and babies as women and their families create their own personalized birth plans that meet their unique circumstances and desires.

Christina finds great honor in supporting families as they grow, in addition to supporting women's health and well being through their reproductive years. Her style of care is welcoming and warm and she thoroughly enjoys taking the time to address all questions and concerns related to each woman’s health concerns while striving to create easy access for appointments and phone communication.

Christina is a member of the American College of Nurse Midwives and an Educational Affiliate of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is also an active participant in hospital-based committees.

In her spare time, Christina enjoys music, yoga, spending time with family and friends and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
