Patti Aramburu, ARNP

Patti Aramburu, ARNP, has been a family nurse practitioner since 1997, and has expertise in inpatient and outpatient cardiology management. She has extensive experience caring for patients with congestive heart failure & cardiomyopathy. She has managed an outpatient inotrope infusion clinic. In addition she has appointments with general cardiology patients with angina, post MI, S/P CABG, atrial fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, hypertension, acute and chronic renal insufficiency, syncope and hyperlipidemia.

Patti designs individual medical plans of care for her heart failure patients to improve their quality of life, improve symptoms with CHF and to prevent hospitalizations. She encourages patients to take an active role in their care by avoiding salt in their diet, checking daily weights and taking other medications as prescribed. She works closely with all the cardiologist to coordinate procedures and device implants. She partners with primary care providers to coordinate care for patients other comorbidity conditions.
