CHI Franciscan Health provides a full benefit package for our full-time and part-time employees. The benefit program is designed to help protect the health and well being of employees and their family members. The benefits package also provides protection in the event of serious illness, disability, or other catastrophic situations. The benefit program offers many choices to allow the employee to design and select a package that best meets the employee's and their family's need. This includes a wide variety of Health & Wellness tools and resources. Additional benefits include a generous paid time off program and retirement plan.

The objective of the pay and salary program at CHI Franciscan is to attract, motivate and retain employees; provide equitable compensation that reflects the duties and responsibilities of each position; ensure that pay rates and salaries compare favorably with other employers in our labor market while effectively using financial resources.

In order to provide a safe, convenient and consistent method of dispensing payroll earnings all CHI Franciscan employees upon date of hire must designate an account for the purpose of automatic direct deposit of funds.
