CHI Franciscan Health Sponsorship Guidelines

CHI Franciscan Health delivers the very best health care through a system of nine hospitals, multiple medical clinics, outpatient centers and many other services throughout the Puget Sound. Each of our facilities is involved in a broad spectrum of programs and activities that support and nurture our communities.

As part of our mission to create healthier communities, we also support the charitable efforts of a number of organizations through our Sponsorship Program. The program is funded annually and is subject to the availability of funds.

Types of sponsorships Franciscan supports

We support projects or programs that fall into two categories:

  1. Mission Based Initiatives: Projects and events that address issues such as – improving access to care; health and human services; service to underserved populations, mental health and removing disparities caring for our community.
  2. Corporate Sponsorships: Events and activities that provide CHI Franciscan Health and hospitals and clinics the opportunity to address a specific marketing objective (e.g. fairs, festivals, health screenings and nonprofit community events, etc.).

Support may be defined as a financial contribution, the allocation of staff, or other “in kind” resources such as printing, exposure in Franciscan’s communications vehicles, etc.
